From start to finish, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. They sent a driver named Ramone, who was welcoming from the very beginning. He greeted me with a smile and, although he was at work, kept me company and shared in my excitement about exploring Jamaica. We had great conversations throughout the day, and he gave me fantastic advice on places to check out and how to keep myself safe, always making sure I was comfortable. He explained things along the way, we listened to music, and just relaxed. Honestly, it felt like I was travelling with a friend I’d known for a long time. Ramone took me to both the horse riding and Dunn’s River Falls, and everything felt seamless. Even when I was hungry or needed cash, he happily stopped off somewhere for me. I felt comfortable expressing myself and, most importantly, felt safe the entire time. I highly recommend this experience and Ramone as your driver on your Jamacian adventure.

I booked my tour for Dunn’s River Fall and horseback riding well in advance of arriving to Jamaica. Not having received my pick up time, I messaged Renardo the evening before. I expressed my excitement, that this was for my birthday and that I wanted to confirm the pickup time. No reply. The morning of my tour, I finally received a reply. Renardo informed me he had other people cancel and that it was not profitable to have me as a solo traveler. He asked if I could reschedule for the next day. I replied I could not as I had other plans and his last minute cancellation was leaving me with nothing to do on my birthday. I thought maybe he would reconsider. However, with his cancellation, I requested a refund. He replied and told me to apply for a refund. The chat was respectful and cordial on both sides. I booked with him due to his reviews. However, I was unaware of his business practices. There was absolutely no regard for the inconvenience to me. Book with caution. He might just cancel on you.

Great experience overall. Rodney decorated the van for my birthday which came with balloons and moscato. Then, we were off to Dunns River. The climb was a long and slippery one, so be careful. PLESE get the beef patties there!!! They are delicious! Once we were finished with Dunns, we went horse back riding. The horse back riding was cool, but the horses need to be treated better though. Finally, we were dropped off at our hotel. I’ll give the experience a 7/10. It’s all day, so be prepared and the car was alittle tight for the 6 of us, but we made it work and had a great time with Rodney.

Renardo and Reggie made our horseback ride on the beach unforgettable! They prioritized safety, expertly guided us, and ensured we felt comfortable on the horses. The ocean views were breathtaking, and their professionalism made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this tour – Renardo and Reggie are top-notch!

Was a very fun time, went with my family/girls. The staff was kind, and attentive to our overall interactions with the horses. They were also very funny, professional, and down to earth. The driver was great as well.

I had a great experience I never been on an horse but they made it very easy for me only problem I had was it rained as soon as we started the tour and the workers was so helpful they found a spot so we could get out the rain and brought me a towel to wrap around myself and I enjoyed the tour in the rain and all thanks for the great experience

Reynardo, our driver, was very helpful and so nice. Horseback riding was a fun adventure for a second timer! Didn't experience all of Duns River falls but had a chance to cool off in the water. It felt wonderful. The shops people are a bit aggressive, but just say no. All in all a fun adventure!

I was supposed to be picked up for a group tour but something changed and it became a private tour. Renardo was super friendly and easy to talk too. Explained things about the places we drove through. The horse riding was a lot of fun and the Dunn's river fall climb was refreshing and a lot of fun.

Romario who collected us from the hotel was really friendly and welcoming. The horse riding and the guides were also great and the horses were both well behaved and easy for us first time riders. The photos the tour operator took were very professional with good variety to choose from. Dunn's river was also a one of a kind experience and the views from the beach at the start of the climb were unreal. Great value for money and would highly recommend!
