Our tour guide Tarik was excellent, and extremely knowledgeable about everything we were going to see. He was also very friendly and went by our schedule. All three sites were awesome, except the Dover Castle was doing some renovations, and we could not see the entire Castle, but what we saw was fine. We were so happy to see the Dover Cliffs which were amazing, and the Canterbury Cathedral is a must. Thank you Tarik!!

Our driver Tanvir was courteous, informative, and professional. His vehicle was very clean and comfortable. All of this resulted in an extremely pleasant trip that I would recommend to any friend or family member.

This was really just a private driver. Our driver was very nice but overall there was not enough thought or planning to make this a good experience. Dover Castle was closed so the planner suggested we go to Leeds Castle instead. But Leeds Castle was closed by the time we got there. Without more planning I would not recommend.

We booked this excursion to get a family of five to Dover Castle and the cliffs of Dover for a day excursion to and from London. Our intent was to spend the majority of time at these two sites on our own. The provider confirmed driver arrival details the day before. They also were very responsive to all emails that I sent in advance with questions. Patrick, the driver, arrived promptly. He was very professional and courteous as a driver. He did not really function as a “guide“ per se, but was very pleasant to chat with. I would use this provider again should the occasion arise because of their responsiveness before our booking and the quality of the vehicle and driver provided.

It is important for your company to get comments directly as you are the ultimate responsible party via Viator. Rest assured, this is NOT a complaint email but a commendation is the highest form! It is always stressful to plan a trip abroad and especially one with a high monetary amount. We were so happy with our tour but most importantly- our driver/guide/teacher/now memory friend!!!! Tarik was the best fit for my daughter and myself. His warm personality combined with sense of humor with a great laugh and his bright mind made a full day together memorable and comfortable. The White Cliffs of Dover was one of the things I wanted to see especially. Despite rain, it was beautiful. Tarik gave us a great history lesson on all of the stops that day. But what we will remember with the most warm memories is of him. He gave us a view of not only historic sites but a view of wonderful England. Please convey our best wishes to him and know that you had an amazing representative for your company as well as your country. Thank you!

Driver was lovely; gave us a history of Thomas Becket during our drive. The car was comfortable. We were taken where we wanted to go and the driver respected our time concerns.
