We loved our day out with Rina. She was so knowledgeable and accommodating and it felt like we were hanging out with a local friend. We are a family of two adults and three kids and we all think it’s one of our best days out in Japan so far.
Rina is our tour guide. She is amazing! I booked this tour for my parents aged close to 70 years old to enjoy the trip without hussels. Rina provided a great historical information about Shirakawa-go and services on the rides, taking pictures, and all the supports that we need. She is lively and fun to be with! We had a wonderful experience with the tour! I recommended this tour, especially Rina.
We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and our time with Liam, our guide. The village was fascinating and Liam was charming and knew the places well.. We did think that the tour could have been a touch more proactive, perhaps with ear pieces so we could all hear what the guide was saying
