We really enjoyed this tour & would highly recommend it.

Our guide Mel was wonderful. She drove carefully, gave interesting commentary, and ensured we were comfortable, well fed and watered. The Mossman Gorge element of the tour was well executed and enjoyable. We particularly enjoyed the beach stop. The refreshment stops along the way were well timed. We were a little disappointed in the Daintree River cruise - we only saw one very young crocodile and three local birds. But we understand that the number of visible crocodiles in not under the control of the cruise organisers. THe pacing and length of the tour is fine - not tiring at all.

We went on the half day tour for the afternoon and had a fabulous day! Our guide picked us up from our front door and dropped us back in the afternoon. He was very well informed and we got to see crocs taking some sun, as well as a smaller baby croc. The swim in Mossman gorge was amazing - cool and refreshing but so beautiful.

We did the half day so we got picked up at 0845, which was wonderful as other tours started very early. Loved the Daintree Forest so interesting and the water was very tempting to go for a swim. John our tour guy was great really looked after us with morning tea and then lunch. Great day, take water and hats

We had a great time. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the day and it was just enough time for them. Our tour guide John was very knowledgeable and funny throughout the tour. John gave some great suggestions on food and drink currently enjoying a nice coffee at Eve (one of his suggestions).

James our driver and guide was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. Highly recommended! Mossman Gorge and the Daintree river cruise with the crocs were fantastic!

We really enjoyed this trip from start to finish. Stopped for coffee on a lovely little beach, boat trip was fab and James tour through the rain forest was fab and insightful. Well done James and thank you.

We went on the half day experience which was conducted by our driver/guide, James, who was so knowledgeable and entertaing throughout the whole trip. We were picked up at the marina where our cruise ship tender dropped us and drove out from Port Douglas to a beach stop where we had coffee and pastries from the local bakers. We the drove to the Daintree River where we had a cruise on the river, spotting young crocodiles sun bathing and learning about the various trees and shrubs which bordered the river. When the river trip was finished, we then drove to Mossman Gorge visitor centre which is run by the local aboriginal tribe. James took us on a walk through the gorge and waterfalls, explaining so much about the flora and fauna. At the end of this part of the trip we were offered delicious chicken and salad rolls, again, from the local bakery. Then dropped off in Port Douglas at The Tin Shed, a community pub where we got ourselves a drink. A wonderful day out and Port Douglas is a lovely town. Back in plenty of time to get our tender back to the ship.
