臨津閣ヌリ平和公園は、1972年の韓国共同声明発表直後に整備されました。2005年には世界平和フェスティバルが開催された複合文化空間です。大規模野外劇場、約3,000個の風車が回る音楽の丘、風の丘。チケット売り場前のシャトルバス乗り場です。
第 3 トンネルは、1978 年にソウルからわずか 52 km (32 マイル) 離れた坡州行政区の地点で発見されました。このトンネルは地下にあり、深さ 73 m (240 フィート)、深さ 1,635 m (1 マイル) です。 、幅2メートル、高さ2メートル（6.6フィート）。また、完全武装した北朝鮮軍３万人が１時間以内に通過できるほどの規模だ。これまでに発見されたトンネルの中で最大のものである。当時の北朝鮮の韓国侵略の陰謀がいかに強かったかは容易に推測できる。
この場所は非武装地帯内の都羅山に位置し、韓国最北の展望台として北朝鮮を間近に眺めることができる。すぐ前には、近くの北朝鮮の監視所、宣伝村、北朝鮮の農地が見えます。さらに、開城の市街地や、電子信号を妨害し、北朝鮮国民が韓国の放送にアクセスできないようにすることを目的としたGPS妨害塔である開城工業団地も垣間見ることができる。遠くには共同警備区域（JSA）も見えます。 もう一つの興味深い点は、運が良ければ晴れた日には、展望台の屋上にある望遠鏡を通して、北朝鮮の人々が畑で働いたり、道路を歩いたり、自転車に乗ったりする様子を観察できることだ。時々、車やトラクターなどの車両が通過するのを目にすることもあります。
統一村としても知られる統一村は文民統制線の境界内に位置しています。 1973 年に設立され、当初は退役軍人 40 世帯と先住民 40 世帯で構成されていました。この村はイスラエルのキブツ モデルにインスピレーションを得て、戦略的に設計されました。住民は普段の日は通常の仕事をしている一方、緊急事態に対応するための軍事手順の訓練を受けている。 この地域は、長丹大豆、高麗人参、米などの特産品で有名です。これらの農産物は、村の入り口にある農産物直売センターに展示され、訪問者に販売されています。
ここでは、北朝鮮で生まれた、または北朝鮮に故郷を持つ離散家族が毎年秋夕（韓国の感謝祭）や旧正月に集まる望培壇を訪れることができます。朝鮮戦争終結時に韓国人と国連の捕虜が送還された「自由の橋」もあります。朝鮮戦争中に敵の攻撃で大破した蒸気機関車や、橋など当時の歴史的遺物も見ることができます。 そして、近くのレストランで昼食をとります。
加岳山(ガマクサン)(675m)は京畿道にある五大岩山の一つです。深い谷の上に、長さ 150 メートル (0.1 マイル)、高さ 45 メートル (144 フィート) の吊り橋が橋脚を必要とせずに建設されました。このデザインにより、橋は周囲の自然と調和して調和します。この橋には、朝鮮戦争中のグロスターシャー大隊連隊の兵士の勇敢な努力に敬意を表して、「グロスター ヒーローズ ブリッジ」という別名も付けられています。 あるいは、加岳山吊り橋に行く代わりに、朝鮮戦争について詳しく学べる戦争記念館を訪れたり、その他の希望する場所を訪れるという選択肢もあります。

Kevin was an amazing tour guide. From the start, they were super friendly and made everyone feel comfortable right away.
