I had a very disappointing experience with the employee at the welcome desk who identified herself as Kate. She was unhelpful, unable to clearly answer a simple question, and came across as dismissive and unwilling to assist. Her attitude made it seem like she didn’t want to be there or help customers. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and customer service at the welcome desk improves.

It was a great thrill. Lots of fun with plenty of room in Coronado bay to do tricks. The staff's version of a safety demonstration wasn't very professional but I got the hang of it.

Jet ski's themselves were a lot of fun! Really good time in the bay! Rented (1) jet ski, charged for (2), operator caused issues getting the refund. Took time to get it sorted out, beware of what you are paying for when booking.

Fun, fun, fun and the location was amazingly beautiful. The instructions were easy to follow and the instructors were very friendly.

Lots of fun! Spent time going over safety and use of the jet skis beforehand. Good amount of time out on the water.

Our first time renting a jet-ski from this company, having used other companies in San Diego previously. We booked online, which was easy, with upfront payment and waivers and information provided in advance, saving time upon arrival. The location is ideally located on Coronado Island right by the Coronado Ferry dock. Check-In was quick and easy, and we were quickly shown to our jet-ski. A small demonstration, which took around 10mins to explain how the jet-ski worked, where we could and couldn’t go, and what to do in the event you got into trouble. Thanks to its location, there is no long 5mph zones to get out of the harbour, so as soon as you were out of the dock, you could accelerate up to full power – maximising your time on the water. The jet-skis were powerful, appeared new and reached a max speed of 50mph. Returning the jet-ski was super quick, and no hassle. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and we would certainly recommend and use this company again in the future.

Jet skis were great, great views, fun area to ride in, staff was friendly and working hard. Only reason for 4 stars was they were over an hour behind schedule. I understand due to it being the 4th of July weekend, but it would have been appreciated if the people at the check in desk would have reached out to communicate that. They were sitting there doing nothing when we checked in and that would’ve been a respectful gesture of our time. Other than that, it was a good time.

Must go do with family or friends. Fun and good customer service. If you don’t take a driver’s license in order to drive they won’t let you drive or rent a Jet Ski! Included in activity price the life vest.

Great location and staff was friendly! Easy parking and great views of San Diego from the bay. Jet skis were clean and easy to use.
