We booked private transportation from Southampton UK to London UK. We needed transportation so we could sight see along the drive from Southampton and then to our London hotel. I found Ziegert Airport Transfers and they were fantastic to work with. Krystian was very professional from the moment I reached out to ask about transportation to the locations we left from, wanted to see, and get to. We did a day tour of Bath, and then to Castle Combe, which he mentioned is a must see and was also on the way to our London hotel. He suggested sights to see in each area, places to eat, and places to stop to get great photos. We also booked with him to take us to Heathrow Airport at the end of our trip. He arrived early and dropped us off at our terminal with ease. We are very happy with the times we booked with Krystian from Ziegert Airport Transfers. We are very impressed with the professionalism and communication we had with him. We really enjoyed the talks we had in the car as he drove us around and pointed out things for us to see, and the information he gave to make our trip better. Our photos turned out well with the sights he suggested. We would definitely reach out to him again when/ if we travel to the London area again.

Perfect! I hadn't found any day tours on TripAdvisor with the combination of sights I wanted to see after our cruise. I contacted Kris and he arranged exactly the itinerary I wanted. He was waiting for us when we disembarked our cruise and had our tour tickets lined up for Jane Austen's house and Windsor Castle before dropping us off at our Heathrow hotel. The car was comfortable and Kris was professional and amiable. It was a really great experience for our final day of a fabulous holiday.

Krystan was a wonderful driver and guide on a private excursion to Bath, the Cotwolds and Salisbury! He was very knowledgeable of the towns and sites that we requested and other places that he knew. He also taught my wife many Polish phrases as is her ancestry. He is taking us on a tour of Winchester on Wednesday as is his recommendation. Pickup at Horizon Cruise Terminal in Southampton was great. Beautiful new Mercedes. Charming driver. Two hour stop at Windsor Castle was smooth. Drop off with our huge suitcases was also well done. Definitely recommend.

Both locations are beautiful but due require a bit of walking … Driver was awesome and very knowledgeable

We had an amazing day with Krystian on our trip from Southampton to London. He had done all the planning, including arranging tickets and admission times. He whisked us from our cruise terminal in Southampton to the sites and onward to London in a new and comfortable Mercedes. I really appreciated that he took care of arranging the tickets, since both sites had timed entries, and I would have had to guess at the times on my own. We stopped at Salisbury Cathedral, which is a truly impressive piece of early gothic design. The volunteers inside were clearly passionate about their cathedral and offered great information. Aside from being able to marvel at the Cathedral and learn about its history, it was a really unique experience to be able to see the Magna Carta, which was part of a well done exhibit with a good deal of back story and information to help understand the document and its creation. There was also time to have a look at the town of Salisbury, which seems to be a beautiful little gem. When we were finished enjoying the Cathedral, Krystian was waiting to collect us to go to Stonehenge. We had plenty of time to enjoy this fascinating piece of history, which had long been on my bucket list. Once we finished there, Krystian finished our trip to London, and gave us plenty of useful tips for our few days there before heading home. Overall, Krystian arranged a trip we would have found challenging to do on our own. Our day visiting these sites was certainly a highlight of a very fine vacation. He provided superb service as well as great conversation along the way. We’ll certainly keep his contact info for when we’re visiting in the future.
