Really fun experience and we appreciated the guides being so motivated and open! They made this day so much fun. The locations we visited were really beautiful and it was great not having to drive ourselves. So it's worth it to book a tour. Also, Lunch was crazy good, which was a very pleasant surprise. Thanks to Cousin Paul and Kai, they were awesome tour guides.

The whole day was absolutely amazing! Michael’s energy and knowledge truly made the trip for all of us! Love the off color humor and fun activities on the bus in between stops!

Amazing day - packed with lots of swimming & activities. The bus is fun with Cousin Paul being a fantastic host. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to see another side of cairns!

Overall, it was a great day. Mike was excellent with great music taste. He made the bus a much more fun and enjoyable environment. All of the swim spots were great, too. We lucked out with weather, so even though the water was a bit cold, the sun helped to make it worth the swim. If you’re not a big swimmer, you don’t have to on this trip, each spot had different lookouts and or trails you could walk if you’re not the swimming type. We had a smaller group, which was nice, too, but the bus is a bit intimate, so just be aware of that. Overall a really great day and lunch was delicious, too. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

A must do in Cairns, could not recommend this enough. The tour was amazing! The booking was easy, pick up went smoothly and it was just an all around fun filled day. We had cousin Paul as our tour guide and he made the experience that much better, he made everyone feel included and made sure that everyone had the best day, having a great tour guide makes the biggest difference and we were lucky to have Paul as ours. The waterfalls were stunning, the food/snacks were delicious and the hot chocolate was a special touch and went down a treat! If you are in Cairns and looking for something to do, I highly recommend this tour.

My friend and I had a wonderful day out in the forest with Cousin Paul! Started with a prompt and speedy pickup and lots of swimming and snacks along the way! The vibe of the day was so lovely and Paul really made an effort to make sure everyone felt included no matter how many people they knew on the day. Really would recommend for solo travellers or groups! We loved the experience and the only thing we’d change was doing two days instead of one!

Sam was the absolute best! He’s incredibly energetic, positive, and friendly. He truly motivated us to believe in ourselves and our goals—he’s just a wonderful person. The swimming spots were breathtakingly beautiful, and we had such a fun day. Highly recommended!

Lots of different swim spots, cool waterfall and plenty of time at each place. Plenty of food along the way and the guide was really entertaining, and informative.

The tour itself was great. The guide was knowledgable and friendly. My main two issues were that when booking through Viator, the pickup spot does not show - it shows your hotel you are staying at. We waited outside the selected hotel and then received a call from the guide saying he does not do hotel pickups but there are 5 different pick up spots. We were not aware of this at all. I also did message through Viator the day prior to ask about and confirm our pick up location but did not receive a reply. Hence, the confusion on the day. Also, we did not visit Josephine Falls despite it being advertised on the tour itinerary. The tour guide was very keen to return to Cairns very quickly (we returned at 5:30pm despite the tour being advertised as a 7:30pm return). The guide said we likely would not be able to swim at Josephine Falls due to the high waters being a risk. The guide then took a poll to see who would still like to visit and there was around a 50/50 vote. The guide then said no we will not go visit it and quite a few people were disappointed. The places we visited were great but I felt at times the tour was rushed and the guide complained a lot about how we were running behind but then would tell extended stories at certain locations.
