Tour had every single seat sold. Because some groups were odd numbers many couples didn't sit with each h other for 8 hours out of 13. Group was WAY too big. Guide talked very fast hopping between Spanish and English with a heavy accent. She was hard to understand. We had vox boxes BUT she didn't always use them when she should. People quit listening and started talking and it was very confused as a result. Beautiful places. Very dissatisfied with the tour. I understand a full bus is $ but the people who paid hood money suffered. I do NOT recommend. We had a long ride home due to traffic and the giide fell asleep! Ive never seen that. People who speak Spanish were asking us (only English) for help because they did not hear the guide. It was basically chaos at times.

Fantastic day only it says panoramic train but its just normal windows still see loads and if your guide was like ours his information was much appreciated.

Shorter, lower elevation Bernini express provided.
The Bernini express train ride is on the short leg at lower altitudes. Was disappointed. Guide was great. All else was great.

Breathtaking Bernina Red Train
Awesome experience. Lake Como boat ride was good. The Tim spent is St Moritz was great and the train ride down from St Moritz to Tirano on the Bernina Red train was breathtaking!

No Viatour
Tour guide didn’t follow the itinerary he didn’t covered full itinerary as we paid full amount for the tour!!! I won’t suggest Viatour

Ripped off
DO NOT BOOK WITH THESES GUYS On the way to the pick up point there was a car crash so we was 10 minutes late ,they didn't wait 10 minutes yes that's right 10 mins on a 12hr trip costing £488 ,no refund no chance to change the date ,absolutely gutted to lose that kind of money !!

We are sorry that you were disappointed with your experience. The meeting time and meeting point were clearly communicated in advance, with guests asked to arrive 15 minutes before departure. Unfortunately, you arrived approximately 25 minutes after the meeting time. This is a shared tour with a fixed schedule that includes both the cruise and the train, so punctuality is essential out of respect for all participants. We even delayed our departure by a few minutes, but we could not wait any longer without affecting the rest of the group. We also offered you the opportunity to join the tour the following day, but this option was declined. We sincerely regret that you missed the tour and wish you the very best for your future travels.

Good time but not enough time.
Great scenery. Informative. Not enough time to use rest rooms and not enough time to shop/eat in Switzerland. Great to see the things but need more time.

Beautiful, wish there were fewer people
Beautiful scenery, nice amount of time in St Moritz. Guide was very knowledgeable and interesting. One unfortunate part was that our family was not seated together on the train. Our coach was packed and there was no effort to seat people in a way that we could be together. We were the last to board and we were in random places all over. Additionally because the coach was at capacity it was hard to get pictures. People at the windows didn’t make space for others. Fun trip overall though.
