Forgot to write a review! Did this in January 2026 with my mum and couldn't recommend it more. So much to see and so informative. Information overload!! An incredible tour and great way to see Kandy. The tour guide actually made a special stop as my mum found out a little about her heritage and wanted to try on a saree... We ended up buying two ! For a last minute detour we greatly appreciated it.
Nilanka was a great guide in our day in Kandy. He show us what we were interested in like the Kandy Market, the Buda, the Temple of tooth, and he inform us about the Perahera because we were there on these days that are super important for them. We had a nice time with him and at night we enjoy the Perahera festival my partner and I.
I had a great experience with Menuka as my guide. He was professional, punctual, and made sure I saw everything included in the tour. He was also very accommodating and took me to a local dress shop when I mentioned I wanted to buy a dress, even though it wasn’t part of the itinerary. He was friendly, genuine, and even took some great photos for me. I had a great day and highly recommend!
We had a tour starting from Sigirya to Ella, during the trip we have visited Dambulla and Kandy. It was really good experience, thanks to our guide Naveen who is really kind and proffessional. In addition, the car was very clean and comfortable with A/C. We could visit many places in one day thanks to Naveen.

Ranweli tours was brilliant, accommodated us booking a tour of Kandy city at short notice. The tour was fantastic and the guide has great knowledge of the area, he took us to many places bases on our interests and what we wanted to see. We used Ranweli tours for all of our onward transfers between places and this included stopping at places of interest. There are lots of little extra things that happe ed like buying us corn and fruit from the roadside stands so we could try, taking us to temples at the time of ceremonies so we could experience this, taking phitos and sensing them to us afterwards. Thank you for making our holiday so great.

My friend and I booked a tour with Chanaka. He was very flexible with our tour. At first we wanted to see the Nine Arches and the Ravana Waterfall, then we changed our mind and we wanted to visit less touristy places, we followed his advices and he took us to a breathtaking waterfall and then to a sri lankan restaurant with an amazing view.
