Viator and operator falsely advertised and confirmed booking the day off however the operator canceled the trip an hour before departure. This was a huge inconvenience due to vacation plans made around this excursion, travel and parking arrangements made. Was highly disappointed all around and I’ve traveled to Cabo several times. There was attempt to notify us of cancellation, upon arriving at dock we were told excursion would not take place due to not selling 8 tickets or more. No where in disclosures did it state canceling excursion due to low attendance. Lastly there was no Ricardo “Gallo” available at dock to assist. False advertisement all around.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to have your plans disrupted, especially during your vacation. The cancellation was due to a minimum participant requirement that was unfortunately not met on this date. While this is common practice in the industry, we acknowledge that it was not clearly communicated in the booking information. We have already updated our disclosures to make this policy transparent moving forward. Please note that your booking was fully refunded, and we regret that our representative was not available to assist you at the dock. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and your comments are being used to improve our processes. We truly hope to welcome you back to Cabo in the future and provide you with the experience we are known for.
Staff was fun, attentive and really cared about our experience. My husband and I had a wonderful time!
