All of the art was beautiful and the museums were interesting. Unfortunately I couldn’t get the audio guide to work after I went inside.
Dear Customer, Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the artwork and the museum. We are sorry that you experienced difficulties with the audioguide. However, we would like to clarify that both the tickets and the audioguide access credentials were sent well in advance via email and WhatsApp before your visit. As stated in the instructions provided, the audioguide must be activated before entering the museum, as internet access inside the venue is very limited or unavailable. Once the login process has been completed, the audioguide can be used offline throughout the visit without requiring an internet connection. We always recommend reviewing the instructions and activating the service before arrival to ensure the best possible experience. Thank you again for your feedback and for visiting.
