It was fine. When we first arrived the lines, even for those with skip the line tickets, was several hours long. We had lunch, came back and walked right in. Do NOT try to do this without advance tickets! You will waste several hours waiting in line.

Mystical and magical Pantheon
Amazing place, a mix of pre Christian paganism, Kings of Italy and wonderful statues and tombs. And miraculously it rained while we were in there so felt the rain in our heads under the dome. Feeling blessed by the whole experience. Also a lot of seating to ease our aching feet. My favourite spot in Rome.

Did the trick
Did the trick to get us into the building in a shorter line (online reservation verification line). Audio worked well, but was underwhelming. It gave us a good overview of the building as a whole. Did not describe the statues and interior wall art besides Raphael’s tomb, so a little disappointed there.

We’re sorry that the audio guide did not fully meet your expectations. The audio guide includes a 3D map and provides a wide range of information about both the exterior and interior of the building, including its history, architecture, and main points of interest.
However, as a self-guided audio experience, it cannot cover every individual statue, artwork, or small architectural detail in the same depth as an in-person professional guide.

Easy pain free experience
The Pantheon was fascinating. Finding the actual line was a little difficult because there was a huge crowd and not a lot of control or signage. We got there about an hour early and said we had to wait until our actual reservation time so we just strolled around the shops and restaurants while we waited. The audio guide was easy to install and setup, though I don't know that the locations and audio pieces on the map actually aligned with what we saw in front of us. Still very informative and very cool to see.

An essential place on the trip to Rome.
The wait in line with the ticket was minimal, the interactive guide is okay but should have more information, both historical and architectural.
For the meeting/pickup I put 3 because it is nonexistent, just a ticket and interactive guide, nobody picks you up, nobody guides you. It does not include any transportation.

No information on the audio guide that I paid for.
I reserved an admission ticket with the Interactive Audio Guide, but there was never any information on how to get access to the audio guide. I was told at the Pantheon that Tripadvisor was supposed to provide me with an audio guide that i could download from the app. Walked around for a half hour, trying to read the information on the signage in the Pantheon to find out about its significance and history but found it incredibly difficult in the crush of people. It would have vastly improved my experience to have an audio guide and to have some instruction on how to get it and where.

We are sorry to read this review, as the instructions for accessing and downloading the interactive audio guide were included in the same email containing your Pantheon admission tickets, which was sent to you one week before your visit.
The information was provided in advance precisely so that you would have enough time to download the audio guide and prepare everything needed before arriving at the Pantheon.
When booking an experience online, customers are expected to check in advance that they have received all tickets, instructions, and included services, rather than waiting until they are already at the entrance of the monument. This is especially important for services such as digital audio guides, which need to be accessed and prepared beforehand.
We sent both your admission tickets and the complete instructions for the audio guide one week before your visit. Everything required to enjoy the experience was therefore provided well in advance.
We regret that you did not use the audio guide, but the instructions on how to access it were clearly provided together with your tickets.
