Would not recommend this place at all. Luckily, we received 30% off our tickets when booking, so we paid £20 instead of £50. However, even at £20, we didn’t feel it was worth the money. We found the park to be very run-down and, unfortunately, quite bare. We were particularly concerned by the condition of some of the animals, as several appeared visibly underweight, which was very upsetting to see. There didn’t seem to be a great deal to see or do, and we ended up leaving after around an hour. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience and, more importantly, quite upsetting to see the condition of some of the animals. I genuinely hope the park reviews the welfare and living conditions of the animals and makes improvements.

Spent 5 hours here and paid for Elephant experience as an extra but was definitely worth the money and very informative. Enjoyed our day and all the animals are well looked after

The park seemed to look very run down, don’t get a map or info regarding the show times. My biggest concern was the space for the animals - very small areas for large animal which seemed cruel so I won’t be returning again.

We went with a two-and-a-half-year-old who enjoyed it a lot; it is true that it was very hot and there was nowhere to "cool off," but there are quite a few places to buy bottles of water. The staff was very attentive. I give the negative point to the catering; apart from hot dogs, pizzas, or macaroni with tomato sauce, there is nothing "normal" as a children's menu; we left to eat outside.

They offered us a family promo and we paid €103 for tickets + €9 for parking, there weren't many people so we visited without feeling overwhelmed, it's very good, the animals are well cared for and they have a super fun park for children and adults. We would definitely do it again. 100% recommended.

Be prepared to walk. And I mean WALK. Long pathways, luckily good seating places with shade and many drinkomats. Food places are sparse. There's no good signs inside of where you're going and maps are few on the way. Picture of the map doesn't help much. Elephants are friendly and silly and a metre away, some birds just by your feet. Other has glass between us, still beautiful. Animals have food, pools, shade and their own activities taken care of. Very nice and clean place <3

A robbery. The parking alone is 9 euros. It has almost no animals, is poorly marked, they don't even give you a map or inform you of the show schedule...expensive, very expensive. We have visited many parks and this is the worst.

We really enjoyed our visit to this zoo. A huge variety of different animals spread across quite a large area for each animal species to roam. We got at least 3 hours out of our experience. We throughly the staff and animal show of the vultures and other birds. Very informative. It’s great for adults and children. Plenty of space so it wasn’t crowded and there were a few restaurants if you wanted to eat. The price is pretty good for the experience you get and the bird show was free. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the huge birds enclosure, it had waterfalls and trees: loads of different bird species. The elephants did look a little sad but they did have a huge space to roam. We loved it and would definitely come back if we visit Benidorm again.

It is the fourth time we have gone over more than 10 years and I know it will be the last because we have been let down, the children are super disappointed. Maintenance is getting worse, bathrooms closed, railings held together with washers and broken pieces of wood, the passage of time is too noticeable. The places to eat were closed and the only one open, which was the one in the village, had few alternatives. Fewer animals than the last time we were there and somewhat listless, $9 to park no matter what because either you go by bus or you use their parking lot, no smoking allowed, there isn't even an area designated for it, I had to leave and then re-enter the park, I think they have focused on their new parks, the water one and the lodging one, which will make more money, and they have left this as an add-on that will eventually disappear because, as I say, they are not worrying much about it and it will end up falling apart from old age.

We got entry to this park through our stay @ Magic Pirate Island as it was included. We had a great time, but more places could be open to eat/get a drink as it’s a large park. The elephants were stressed on our visit going from side to side & I feel some animals should have more space like the jaguar & panther but perhaps is a reason why some of the enclosures are so small. Lots to see & the bird show was great. Would highly recommend but is a lot of walking. 2 adults & 2 kids & we really enjoyed it. They don’t let you take your own photos with birds, snake, parrot, owl etc & they watch you/have security. Photos are €8 each
