HIGHLY recommend this company, they were amazing to deal with. I messed up and booked this for the wrong date, the messages saying they were at the airport to get us, problem was, we were 500km away! They worked to get us rebooked for the right date at no extra charge, even though the error was completely my fault. Joshua was our driver and he was excellent navigating traffic and made sure we’re had water, asked if we needed breaks, and even bought us snacks along the way while we waited in the insane traffic leaving Guatemala City. 11/10 experience!
