Great fun with my family , we tought 4 hours is to much but wasn’t enough. I would like to go back there . My niece love every minute there.

Tariq sorted out trips to the thermal pools which were amazing and an English speaking auschwitz tour when there was no tickets left on the official website. He did all of this on a few days notice for 10 people and also arranged transport to and from both locations for 12 people. This was done again on such short notice when everyone else was not getting back to us Tariq booked everything for us and was very amazing at speaking to me on WhatsApp. I cannot recommend his company enough and if you are going to krakow speak to these guys. The trips and transport were all very affordable which was also another amazing thing. The mini vans were clean, modern and the drivers were great. Just to top of off Tariq personally taxied me to Katowice airport in his car which was lovely too. These guys made 12 people’s trips a trip of a lifetime and all credit goes to Tariq and his business.

We were a group of 7 and got picked up directly from our Airbnb in a mini van to the thermal baths. The mini van arrived exactly on time and the journey was very comfortable with a comfort break halfway. We had a great time at the thermal baths - would highly recommend! The saunas were particularly amazing and relaxing. When we were ready to leave the mini van was there to collect us. Would definitely recommend using this company to organise a trip when in Krakow - they are very responsive and efficient. Thank you!

Great day out to the thermal pools. Spacious, clean mini bus picked us up and returned us, all very well organised by our tour agent. I’d like to highlight that for those who are under the impression that the thermal pools are like natural hot springs that is NOT the case! Don’t be fooled by the TikTok’s, it’s a supersized leisure centre with multiple pools, jacuzzis and saunas- so if that is what you’re looking for it was fantastic!

The tour was great, we were picked up from our airbnb by our wonderful driver. The journey was comfortable and the baths were both relaxing and invigorating. I would recommend the grey slide and the sauna. Unfortunately I have no photos, but that is due to the fantastic experience which kept us fully entertained.
