世界中のグルメが集まる香港は、「食の楽園」と言われています。ミシュランの星を獲得したレストランから地元の軽食まで、香港の味を探求したいグルメな方は、この小グループ ツアーにぜひご参加ください。香港の地元の人々の心をつかんだ地元の珍味をご紹介します。この 3.5 時間のグルメ ツアーには、香港の旺角地区の賑やかなメイン ストリートから小さな地元料理の屋台がひっそりと並ぶ路地までガイド付きで散策するツアーが含まれます。

ツアーはプリンスエドワードMTR駅（駅のコンコースエリア内の出口A）から始まります。
私たちのグルメツアーは、ミシュランの星を獲得した点心レストランでおいしい点心を試食することから始まります。「点心」は文字通り「心に触れる」という意味で、ほとんどが「スナックサイズ」の料理で、小さな竹の器で提供され、中国茶と一緒に食べます。
おいしい点心を味わった後は、運動の時間です。歩き始めて、昔を懐かしむ象徴的な生鮮市場に立ち寄ります。
これは、モンコックの上海街 600 番から 626 番地にある合計 14 棟の建物の再開発プロジェクトであり、私たちの新しい立ち寄り先です。これには、2010 年に古物局によって 2 級歴史的建造物に指定された戦後の住宅 4 棟と戦前のショップハウス 10 棟が含まれます。また、さまざまな地元のライフスタイル ショップも併設されています。ここでお土産を買うこともできます。
少し運動した後は、また食事の時間です。「シューメイ」としても知られる「チャイニーズ バーベキュー」を試食します。これは、直火またはローストオーブンで焼いた、味付けの濃い肉料理です。最も人気のある「シューメイ」は、バーベキュー ポーク (骨なし)、バーベキュー ガチョウ、ロースト ポークです。
私たちは、香港の伝統的な食べ物を提供する家族経営の試食屋台をさらに 2 軒訪れます。甘い豆腐デザート (甘いシロップをかけた非常に滑らかな豆腐)、地元のパン屋の焼きたての素晴らしいエッグタルトやパイナップルパンなどが楽しめます。
この賑やかな一角にいる間、地元のガイドがさまざまな種類の串焼きやミニエッグパフ、あるいは何なのかさえ分からない地元の屋台の軽食（でもどれも安全でおいしいです）の試食をさせてくれます。
ツアー終了後は、ツアーガイドが旺角MTR駅までお見送りいたします。

Good friendly and knowledgeable guide. Experienced different foods. Learned a lot about Hong Kong. Lasted 2.5 hours.

Typically, when we have more guests (around 4-6 people), the tour takes about 3 to 3.5 hours due to the time spent walking and eating. Our guide Rex was so nice We ate lots of different food tour, some delicious some yuk 😆 But you have to try food that is different to what u eat at home, otherwise why travel Loved the waffles hated the fish balls Rex took us to markets to o & walked us back to our hotel Excellent service Felt safe & respected at all times

Very personable and knowledgeable about Hong Kong and the local food. Took us to small restaurants that have been open for decades. We were quite full by the time the tour was done!

What a fantastic afternoon we had with Kenniess (Kenny) exploring all the various venues around Mongkok - Her food knowledge was outstanding of each outlet and very well explained together with jumping outside the circle teaching us the local customs. Yes the amount of food can fill you up early but there was ample warning of this :) We certainly came away with an enlightened knowledge of this very busy area together with a visit to the Ladies Market. Kenny was just delightful & made sure at the end of the tour we knew where to catch the MTR etc. -Big Thank You Again for making the experience so good :)
