We asked our chosen itinerary travel rep to make adjustments on the actual itinerary to guide us from Tokyo to Kobe. Having never been to Japan, we wanted to make sure we had a knowledgeable guide who was familiar with the way things worked. Our guide, Silvy, was attentive, polite, charming and caring. She made sure we had time to visit shrines, eat at an awesome local Osaka udon restaurant for an impromptu lunch and even invented a tour on day 2 for my partner while I was away. I fully intend to use this tour operator again in a few weeks when we return to Tokyo for 4 days. Thank You!

Our travel guide was very friendly and quite knowledgeable. He took us exactly where we were hoping to see and managed the time we had quite well. I do believe that this activity was over priced by at least 50%.
