Amazing trip and a lovely way to spend our 33rd wedding anniversary, was a long day but worth every minute of it, The only issue is sitting on a mini bus for long time, A coach or bigger bus would be more comfortable. Do get a couple of 10 minutes stop time on the way there and back to stretch legs Would recommend as it’s a once in a life time experience Driver and guide were lovely

My family of 6 had a fabulous day at Pamukkale! Starting off with a ride in a hot air balloon, during sunrise, then a guided tour of Hieropolis, swim in Cleopatra’s pool and a walk along the salt formations of Pamukkale. A very long day, but the buffet lunch was lovely and our guide, Shahin, was great - all in all a great day out!

Everything was great 👍 picked up in time, took-off, the guide told everything (although I might like a better story - but all different people). It's worth it, the sensation is unforgettable.

Thanks to Shahin who has been really nice and considerate during the whole trip, we really enjoyed our trip to Pammukale. The route he picked enabled us to avoid the crowd and enjoy the experience more at ease. Big thanks again!

It was a wonderful hot air balloon experience. I was on my birthday, so it was a perfect birthday present. The trip to Pamukkale was very beautiful, the place is amazing. Our guide Ismail was very friendly and kind and also well trained.

We had really been looking forward to this balloon flight experience, but unfortunately it did not meet our expectations. We were picked up at 5:00 a.m., and after arrival we waited almost an hour while the balloon was being prepared, inflated, and the basket set up for passengers. The flight itself was advertised as lasting around 45 minutes to an hour, and we were told it would be about an hour. However, our actual time in the air was only about 35 minutes. We also expected to reach over 1,000 meters in altitude, but we only reached around 700 meters. Another disappointment was that our pilot stayed lower than the other balloons most of the time. He was one of the last balloons to go up and the first to come down, which made the experience feel much shorter than expected. While the scenery was beautiful and the staff was polite, overall we left disappointed because the flight duration and altitude did not match what was promoted or what we had hoped for from this experience. I believe its overpriced.

I was supposed to go into a balloon in Cappadocia but it was cancelled so I booked this excursion for the Antalya part of my trip. It was very much worth it. The shuttle picks you up in the middle of the night so you can get to the balloon before sunrise. The whole experience was really lovely and our tour guide was very funny. We had wonderful weather at the Pammukale museum area also and had a few hours to explore. We followed up with a nice lunch buffet. I would most definitely do this trip again! :)

The organization for the transfer from Antalya was efficient. Then the flight in the hot air balloon offers us an amazing view of Pamukkale with the sunrise. We take the entrance to visit the old city of Hierapolis. No regrets it was very interesting, our guide was Ismael, a special mention for him ! He explained us very well the history of the place, how it was build, the traditions, the gods beliefs,… After everything we had a lunch in a buffet, great way to end this experience!

Departure is a bit early, but the early rising was definitely worth it. The sunrise in the hot air balloon is breathtaking!
