We enjoyed every minute. We booked directly with the Operator and the contact was very informative and smooth. We planed to go on Monday, but changed the flight to Sunday on short notice. No Problem! Pick up was on time, everything went smoothly. The Pilot landed the basket directly on the pickup car. Absolute recommendation from our sie. Super crew and pilot. They knew their job well.

Stunningly beautiful!
Came to Pamukkale from Marmaris specifically to meet the dawn in a hot air balloon.
We saw the whole process: how the balloon is inflated, lifted. The balls are run by very experienced people.
Impressions sea. You see Pamukkale, dawn, other balls in the air.
Climbing and landing are not scary at all.
After the flight participants are congratulated and issued certificates.

Happy time
Dilek was a great support in the pre arrival face. We had a spot with sunset. It was amazing. In the balloon the guy was super professional. We had a great time. Absolutely worth the price!

Worthwhile balloon flight in Pamukkale
My husband and I decided to book outside of our tour group and found this offered on TripAdvisor. Our balloon flight in Cappadocia was canceled due to wind so our last chance to fly was in the next city of Pamukkale. I booked and they contacted me via WhatsApp. They gave a pickup time from our hotel and drove us to the balloon site. We were able to take a couple photos prior to boarding our balloon. The balloon holds max 18 I think and it’s split into components. We had 8 people from our tour group with us and we packed 2 compartments. It was comfortable and as soon as we got in the sky it was amazing. We caught the sunrise and it was so serene being up 1500 meters. The landing was smooth and we were treated with a non-alcoholic champagne party along with flight certificate. We tipped a bit at the end because we had such an amazing time. I had let them know we needed to be back to our hotel before 9 am and we made it back by 8:36! Thanks to our balloon pilots and staff from Artemis & Zeus Balloons for such an amazing experience.

Amazing sunrise balloon experience!
We had an incredible morning with Pamukkale Hot-Air Balloon. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and perfectly organized. We enjoyed breathtaking views of the sunrise over the Pamukkale travertines, and the pilot kept the flight gentle, safe, and fun.
A big thank-you to Hayat, who made the booking process effortless—super helpful, quick to respond, and genuinely kind.
Highly recommended if you want a memorable and well-run hot-air balloon experience in Pamukkale!

Long wait
There was a 45 minutes wait at the pick up point. I had to leave several messages to remind to pick up.
The event was cancelled at the last minute.
事業者からの返答
Cancellaition is decided by civil air department of government for the safe of guest and staff. If it is windy or rainy balloon rides are cancelled always. On the tour day civil air department had to wait to decide cancellation till last minute. So we had to wait for pick up as well .
