Do not trust the good review they bribe the customers to write review in exchange for free accessories. The gestion is bad expect to wait a lot (2pm arrival 7pm departure for 30mn of pictures!). They are NOT foreigner friendly at all they will not speak english expect troubles if you have questions. In my case had a hair and make up package + hanbok and pictures : they made me paid for hairdo despite me repeating I had the package and only did touched up make up instead of full face when I repeatidly said I booked a full face ( I had my make up wipes and skin prep with me and asked many times when I should take my actual make up of to be taken care of). I got a refund after 2h of being shouted at in the store. Also they retain your passport as caution big red flag. The costume quality is bad compared to other smaller shops that welcome less clients and they are sweaty smelly and teared (they just use a hot water pistol). If you rent just a costume it shall be fine for the price but do not try the pricey package (around 200euros) I did photoshoot in china and japan and it s a whole different experience.
