We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. We would like to clarify that this was a small-group, driver-narrated tour, as stated in the tour listing. The driver provides transportation and narration along the route; it is not advertised as a fully guided walking tour at each destination. The tour service was provided with a vehicle and driver for the booked duration, and the tour was completed. We understand that guests may have different expectations regarding the amount of narration or time spent at individual locations, but the service provided was based on the itinerary and tour description shown at the time of booking. Regarding the stops, the tour itinerary includes several Halifax-area points of interest, and the exact order and timing of stops may vary depending on traffic, operating conditions, and the available tour time. The Citadel was included as a Halifax sightseeing stop. As the booked tour was completed and our vehicle and driver were provided for the service, our policy does not provide a refund after the tour has been completed. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to make the tour description and expectations as clear as possible for future guests.
