On time, great customer service and helped with an accessible scooter. Also did the cape coast and city tour. The guide was friendly and helpful. The driver was very accommodating. Highly recommend.

I contacted Todays Travel, to arrange an airport pickup for a group that was coming to Ghana. The customer service that I received right from the beginning of the interaction was amazing. David and his team, ensured that I had all of the information I needed for the booking. Payment was done securely and the communication from the team all the way through to my group being picked up from the airport was superb. The car that arrived was spacious and the driver even had assistants to help with the luggage. I even received updates from Iris the co-ordinator, who let me know when the group had been picked up and when they arrived at their destination. The entire process was absolutely fantastic! Not only was I impressed with the impeccable service I received, I will also be using Todays Travel going forward, for all of my group bookings. We had incredible service with a highly professional team who collected us from the airport and took us straight to dinner before taking us to our hotel. The next day we did a city tour of Accra - what a history and such friendly warm people. In the evening we did the night tour with fantastic live music. My flight ended up being delayed for over an hour, and I really appreciated how patiently the driver waited for me. When I finally came out, he greeted me with a warm smile. The car was clean and comfortable. The driver turned out to be an amazing conversationalist easy to talk to, calm, and genuinely kind. It made the ride feel effortless after a long day. I travel internationally frequently. The hustlers at arrival were overwhelming. Travelers should know to only allow the driver to handle your bags and set that expectation. I was told that the driver will be waiting with my name on display. I had to message the company to find the driver, then he called/ messaged me. I ordered a 7 seater vehicle and was picked up in a 5 seater. I wouldn’t say don’t try this company, but if so, be mindful.

Mr diver Joseph was amazing, in time and very attentive . He made sure we arrived to our destination safely and carried our luggage right to the doorstep. Very grateful to have had him as our driver.

I could not have asked for a better end to our journey. This service provided absolutely flawless airport transportation from our home to the Accra Airport. To my surprise, the driver was actually early for our 3:30 am pickup. This was incredibly appreciated and allowed us to leave before our scheduled time, giving us a wonderful buffer. We were staying in a new development where the roads were unfortunately very rough and challenging. However, the driver was perfectly prepared. They arrived with a spacious SUV that had more than enough room for all of our luggage. Most importantly, the vehicle handled those terrible roads like an absolute champ! It was a night-and-day difference compared to the smaller cars we've used in the past on similar routes. Because the SUV handled the conditions so well, we not only had a comfortable and smooth ride but we actually arrived at the airport a full 15 minutes earlier than expected. The driver was professional, courteous, and a great driver. The entire experience was stress-free and exceptional from start to finish. I highly recommend this service to anyone needing reliable and comfortable transportation in Accra, especially if your location has difficult road access. Thank you for the outstanding service!
