Very good trip, the tower was excellent. Florence was beautiful. The driver was so friendly and helpful.
The operator canceled our tour in the middle of the night, there was to be a 7am pickup. If I was not jet lagged, wouldn’t have checked my email in the middle of the night. Tjis after we confirmed on phone just a few hrs earlier. Would absolutely not recommend this company.
We are really sorry for that. We had problem with our van , it can happen. That’s the reason why we texted you early in the morning. Our reviews are telling different story about us. We can understand the frustration but it happens.
This was a long day but worth it. The leaning tower of Pisa was a great site and so clean. Florence too was a lovely place to eat and browse. Our tour guide Felice was very knowledgable, particularly about the history of Florence and the surrounding areas. All in all it made a nice change from the hustle and bustle of Rome and was a great way to spend a full day.
Yes, it is a long day, with lots of driving, but oh so worth it in order to see these two iconic locations in one day! Our guide, Felice, was informative, accommodating, and a very safe driver!
Our guide was very knowledgeable in the area and taught us a lot of things took us through the city of Florence. It was quite amazing. Would recommend this to anybody.
Great day trip to Pisa and Florence. It is a long day but worth it. Felice did a great job, from Picking us at the hotel, safely driving us to both sites and giving us a good tour in Florence.
The driver canceled on me while us, same day, while waiting at the pickup point, which I find to be very very unprofessional. I am particularly disheartened as today is my birthday, and I had not prepared a backup plan. Being left waiting without any prior notice was certainly frustrating and has left me at a loss for what to do next. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service.

This is a great way to see Florence and Pisa in one day, and Felice was great, giving us a lot of history and very helpful!!
This tour was perfect. It was a day to relax and see the countryside while our tour guide drove us to Pisa and Florence. Felice our tour guide and driver arrive early to pick us up. He is a very friendly and knowledgable tour guide. He made our trip extra fun and special because of his patience, kindness and professionalism. During our time in Pisa and Florence, we were given enough time to walk around on our own and of course some time walking with Felice while he explains the beautiful history of Florence. If given the chance to go on another tour, we’d take Felice as our driver again. It was an expensive tour but it’s all worth it for a family of 4. The memories we built during this tour was worth all the money we spent.
Great experience! Would highly recommend this trip. Was a long day but covered many beautiful sites.
