As the setting sun poured its last, golden light across the undulating dunes of Qatar, the vast desert seemed to wrap itself in a quiet, majestic twilight. Guided by the exceptional Rizwan, we were treated not only to the breathtaking serenity of a desert sunset, but also to the spellbinding moment when a luminous moon rose gently above the Persian Gulf. The vast, silent sand meeting the softly gleaming waters felt like stepping into a romantic, timeless dream. Yet, beyond the tranquil poetry, RIZWAN unleashed a thrill like no other with an exhilarating dune bashing adventure. Descending from steep sandy crests with the wind roaring and golden dust swirling in the air was a moment of pure, heart-pounding exhilaration! From poetic elegance to thrilling excitement, Rizwan crafted a seamless masterpiece of an experience for us with his incredible passion and expertise. Thank you, Rizwan, from the bottom of my heart for an unforgettable journey through Qatar!

Ibrahim picked us up from the hotel promptly, he was in fact early, which was good and asked a bit about us to see what we were interested in and then kept us informed about Qatar and how things happened through our journey. The trip out to the site took about 45 minutes and he interacted with us the whole way out. On the way there other 4*4’s with the same livery kept appearing and joining us until by the time we arrived there was a convoy of 7. Ibrahim explained that the convoy set up added to the experience as you could see and take pictures off what was happening better by seeing the other 4*4’s, and he was so right. When we got to the site they got us set up for a short camel ride on well looked after camels, just a few minutes, and while we were doing that they partially deflated the tyres to get the vehicles ready for the safari. Before we started Ibrahim asked if we wanted Adventure or normal safari and of course we went for adventure. The convoy took off with vehicles interchanging safely and taking us up dunes, along ridges, down steep drops, up the sides of banks and up and down 70degree slopes. It s superb. After a while we stopped on a ridge to get out and watch and picture the sunset in the desert which was exquisite. We then resumed the safari and went on to the next stop which was the sand boarding. This was something we had not done before and was excellent fun. It is definitely much quicker to go down than come back up. Tip don’t wear your sandles or shoes to get back up as they bog you down. This experience was so worth it Then back to the driving again and off to the inland sea for another fantastic view and photos. Without any thought we would recommend this safari with Ibrahim and Regency Holidays. Ibrahim went out of his way throughout to make sure we had the best possible time. A brilliant guide/driver/adventure giver. Many many thanks we had a brilliant time.

Rizwan has driving skills! When he tells you to put a seatbelt on.. DO IT, because you’re in for just more than a camel and ATV ride! It was such a great adventure, memorable and 100% worth it!
