Jazz was a great guide and made for a lively trip. Hiking the hills was a good amount of effort for a 73 year old like me, but I was happy to get the exercise.

It was a wonderful experience! Hannah and Chance were awesome and knowledgeable. Family friendly activity.

Exciting, very nice guides, beautiful scenery, there were 5 of us,we all had a wonderful experience!

We got a text from an unknown source a few weeks before the booked event, saying it had been cancelled, but there was no refund offer. We drove out to the booked location anyway, as there was no way to verify the cancellation. Fontanel Zipline was not only closed, but seems to be have abandoned. I'll be asking for a full refund.

Great experience! Marley and Hannah were our guides and they were so much fun! It was so hot the day we went and they made sure to point out the water stations to keep everyone going! Highly recommend everyone to do!

Everything was amazing from start to finish! Would definitely do it again. Guide team was the best! Overall great time.

We had a great time. This was a first for the majority of family members that went along this adventure. The guides did an amazing job. highly Recommend it. Beautiful views, definitely worth the price.

The company was understanding that we were tourist that didn’t know Tennessee roads. They were very reassuring when we informed them that we wouldn’t make it to the booking 15 minutes prior as asked. Phoenix and Jordan were our tour guides and they were so hilarious, friendly and respectful. They made the experience so much fun for us! We had issues landing while doing the ziplining where often times we landed on our butts and the workers never made us feel shameful for not landing correctly even going out of the way to give us tips on how to help solidify our landings! Overall this was a wonderful experience and the only thing I would’ve changed is bringing/wearing mosquito repellent !!
