Very beautiful thermal baths with spaces for hydromassage. The Palm, where I spent 4 hours, is complete, in addition to cabins, bathrooms, showers, lockers, and also restaurants with different food choices. At the entrance, they give you a kind of watch to open and close the lockers, and where all paid services are included, from food to the rental of the bathrobe and slippers (if you don't bring your own) and drinks. Unfortunately, we found a huge crowd even though it was a Monday because the area dedicated to children was under maintenance and they exceptionally let them into "the palm," overcrowding it too much, which is why we left ahead of time!

fun at Therme
It is a very relaxing day at Therme, unless you are running around after your kids on the slides. The swimup bars are very fun.

Vacation
The facility was beautiful, clean, and well organized. I had an amazing time, the wait times were not long and it was not too crowded. Also the price for all three levels was very good, definitely recommend.

Great spa

Relaxing
Really Good so much to do. Plenty of seating area and places to eat..very clean. My facial was excellent. Water temperature perfect. Great place to relax. The reception was not very helpful and quite rude. The way you book your treatments need to improve. Very long queues only one person booking the treatments.

Absolutely amazing place
Went here last Friday with my lad who treated me for Father's day! What a place this is! From the pools, different themed saunas, the food and the outside area with swim up bars, it is literally a paradise 👌. They also have a waterside area as well that is amazing. I would definitely recommend going here if you want a full on day of pampering. 1st class

Do not book with Viator
No QR code so could not gain entry
Asked for a refund £68 no customer service no help centre.
Probably won’t get a refund as less than 24 hours.

It appears that there was an issue with your booking, as it never reached us. As a result, you did not receive the QR codes the day before your visit, as we normally send them to all guests.
As soon as we received your messages, we investigated the matter and processed a full refund for the booking. The refunded amount should be returned to your account within the next few days.
