We had an amazing time in Florence, and our tour with Rosella truly made it unforgettable! From the moment we met her, she greeted us with a warm smile and patiently waited for us. Rosella is not only incredibly friendly but also an exceptional driver—she navigated the crowded and narrow streets of Florence with ease and confidence. What impressed us most was how she tailored the tour to match our priorities, making sure we got most of our time. Her local knowledge and flexibility made the day smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. Highly recommended!
