Alessandro was very knowledgeable and outgoing. He explained local sites along the driveway and gave us a great recommendation for a local brewery.
Went just as advertised. Clean car, friendly and helpful driver. Met us at 5:00 am. Would do it again.

The shuttle service was on time, friendly, helpful. The day before our 6 people shuttle from Reykjavik cruise terminal to KEF airport we decided to include a 5 hr tour…they had no problem making the change and suggested a great tour with multiple stops. Our driver Sergio was on time, friendly, knowledgeable. Would use them again…and highly recommend them.

We couldn’t have asked for better service. Sam was early to pick us up. He called to let us know he had arrived, and told us to take our time, assuring us he would be ready at the booked time. We were happy to leave a little earlier for the airport and avoid Monday morning traffic. Had a smooth ride and great service. Highly recommend.

Our driver was great. He was on time..even early. He gave us info about places we were planning to visit. He walked us into the airport and helped us find the rental cars.

Our drive to cruise port was disappointing. 1. At one point, if we did not have our seatbelts on we would have been thru the windshield. 2. He specifically told us he knew where he was going. Then took us to the wrong port unloaded our luggage and almost left. I ran 2 blocks to catch him before he left. 3. He drove at excessive speeds. An unpleasant experience.
