A lovely day trip for 5 friends to Toledo from Madrid organized by LeTango tours. Picked up promptly at 9:15 by Yanny, our friendly and chatty driver and then passed along to Jesus, our local guide in Toledo. We did a three hour tour including a not-to-be missed visit to the main Cathedral. Our day was interesting and informative and enjoyed it greatly. We visited toledo with tour company after a great experience in Madrid. The tour guide, Jesus, hit it out of the park with our kids 4 &6. He very easily engaged them and made the tour into a bit of a scavenger hunt for certain items. This tour was completely customizable, so we could visit certain areas and spend more time in one area or another. We did some shopping in the jrwish quarter and stopped for marzipan and espresso. It was a great day trip in Toldedo and only 30 min from Madrid. To get to old town, you can get on the hop on Hop off tour or walk up which is only a 15 min walk through the town. Jesus also recommended places for shopping and food.
