This was no tour in the archipelago with craft beer, just a round trip with fika, advertised as a tour with craft beer in the archipelago, it wasn't, the boat trip itself was okay, but I paid more online than what they should have charged at departure
Thank you for your feedback. We served over 300 guests that day, and no other guest raised a concern about receiving the wrong experience — those who booked the Craft Beer tour received craft beer, and those on the Fika tour received fika, as confirmed by our crew. Our two tours operate simultaneously and guests board using separate colour-coded tokens at entry. If an incorrect token was taken at boarding, this would not have been visible to our staff unless raised at the time — which it was not. We're sorry the experience didn’t meet your expectations and invite you to reach out directly so we can look into this further. We'd love to welcome you back aboard SKS TOURS M/S Vindhem.
