We're sorry to hear that the meeting and transition between experiences did not meet your expectations. Our records indicate that you checked in at Booth #6 at 7:42 AM for your 7:45 AM meeting time. Guests are provided with maps and directions to the 8:00 AM Lumberjack Show, which is approximately a 2–5 minute walk from our meeting location, allowing plenty of time to arrive before the performance begins. Following the show, which ended at 9:00 AM, our representative was in the designated meeting area and the group was loaded into the vehicle by 9:05 AM. The area outside the Lumberjack Show can become quite busy as multiple tours are gathering guests at the same time, and it can sometimes be easy to miss a representative at first glance. We understand how this may have caused some frustration. While we recognize that your experience did not meet your expectations, our team followed the published meeting instructions and operations ran smoothly and on schedule throughout the morning. We appreciate your comments and will continue looking for ways to improve communication and make the transition process as seamless as possible for future guests.
