I loved! I came to the coal workshop. I loved it so much that I went to know the rest of Vietnam but I came back and stayed the whole week immersively. Opening up to art is the same as opening up to life.

You can get away from the bustle of Vietnam and paint in a relaxed atmosphere. Advice on painting is also very helpful. The content is drawings, but there are different types of oil paintings, charcoal, pencils and you can choose your own!

I didn’t come here to “learn how to draw” in the usual sense — I came to slow down. Spending two hours in this studio felt more like a quiet retreat than a class. The space, with its garden and soft light, helps you disconnect from the outside world. The instructor was thoughtful and observant, stepping in only when needed, which made the experience feel respectful and personal. It’s an ideal place for adults who want to reconnect with their creativity without pressure or expectations.

I like drawing, but I'm not a professional artist, so it’s not easy for me to find a good enough environment to improve my skills. I was really happy to unexpectedly discover this art class - it's not overly academic and is very accessible for people like me. The teacher gives detailed and clear guidance, and I'm completely satisfied with the results I achieved.

I really like this art class. The space is perfect for a relaxing weekend afternoon. I went with a friend, and we had a really fun time together. The teacher was a bit too enthusiastic at first, but it turned out to be a good thing—the final results were actually great.

The price was very comfortable for me, I was an solo traveller in Hanoi. This art studio like a hidden gems in here. Pretty garden with lovely staff and teacher in there. They have very good green tea if you like Asia tea culture! Green tea with green bean cake was a perfect couple for me. They have the vibe like retreat landscape which is very significant in Vietnam.

Booked a class with my friend - we had so much fun with oil pastels drawing. They had a nice garden and the weather was nice, so we made some sketches. The staff were supportive - definitely will visit again!

I found this art class randomly when I traveled in Hanoi. In one week in Hanoi, with the cheaper price for this art class. Teacher very nice and the atmosphere in here very clam for learning. Private room is large to and very best for solo or a couple, even family.

The atmosphere was relaxed, and the lessons were easy to follow, whether you’re a complete beginner or someone who already loves art. Overall, it’s a great place to learn, meet new people, and feel more connected to the local culture through art.
