Our Drivers were great but we the office forced a 200k fee for an additional hotel pickup 8mins apart which was definitely not fair. The included place for lunch was not great. We went to 3 instead of 4 snorkeling locations for about 15 mins each. I enjoyed the land sites but would have loved to have had even 45 more mins at the Kelingking Beach as I had just gotten past the majority of the tourists on the way down when I had to head back up. The snorkeling and nature were beautiful. The tour overall was great, just needs more flexibility from the office side.

Incredible marine and land spots!! Everything was well organized from start to finish. Only downside: the announcement stated a French guide, but that was not the case.

The whole experience was very smooth, from getting picked up from our hotel right on time by the nicest guy, Budi, to arriving at Nusa Penida and snorkeling with the manta rays was breathtaking. The water was a bit rough, but we saw around 4-5 HUGE mantas which made it totally worth it. We snorkeled at three spots for 15 minutes each which we thought was the perfect amount of time. They even took pictures on their GoPro for free, and you could request videos too if you wanted. The guide was so kind and met us at the port to take us right where we needed to meet the boat. After we were finished, we were able to choose what time we wanted to take the ferry back to Bali, so we chose to eat lunch in Nusa Penida and ride it back a little later. Our awesome driver Komang was waiting for us at the port in Bali when we returned, and we loved that our drive was super safe and peaceful. He was great!! Communication was awesome via WhatsApp throughout the day. Would recommend!!

Budhi, our driver from bali to the port and back, was absolutely amazing. He was so nice and talkative.

Drivers/ tour guides were all excellent We enjoyed lunch and touring the island. Snorkeling was bad due to high winds - missed first stop altogether because of rough sea. We opted to stay on the boat at second stop because of all the floating trash and debris!

Awesome trip, our driver was lovely and very helpful with directions and showing us where to go, the snorkeling spots were spectacular even on a slightly overcast day. 10/10 would recommend to anyone thinking about booking a tour

Budi was a phenominal guide, ensuring we saw everything we wanted to see and get the perfect pictures. He also was very insightful answering all the questions we asked. He made our day trip so enjoyable!

The 2 drivers (on Bali for transfers and on Nusa Penida) were excellent however the tour stated “private tour, only your group will participate “ but the snorkelling was on a boat of 25 people with all the issues of then coordinating a big group, trying to see fish etc with lots of people and no room on board. There are many boats doing the same trip so chances of seeing larger fish will be limited but we were lucky to see 2 turtles (but no manta’s). The trip was advertised as 6-8 hours but took 13 mainly due to delays on return due to the need to queue off the beach for a small boat to take us back on the ‘fast boat’ transfer back to Bali. This was organised last minute with no advice so the coral under the waterline line off the sandy beach wasn’t seen until you starting walking on it and was very sharp. We have messaged the company about these issues 3 days ago but have not yet had a reply.

We had an amazing time! Our guide was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to show us the least crowded spots for the best photos. Communication was clear and timely throughout. The car was comfortable with great air conditioning, and everything was perfectly organised — from hotel pickup and drop off to the ferry transfers. If you’re after a hassle-free way to explore Nusa Penida, I highly recommend this tour 👍
