Really happy with the round transfer service to Shanghai Disneyland. The driver came earlier than our pickup time and was always on standby whenever we needed him. Very punctual, helpful and reliable. Everything went smoothly and made our trip much more convenient. Definitely recommend!
It was so impressive service . Jimmy was waiting for us at the exit doorstep, and picked up on time on the return trip to the airport too. He speak English very well, so it makes the very smooth travel during the time. Also, he responded promptly through WeChat and WhatsApp. Highly recommended!
Jimmy Wong from MIDI Car Rental was friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. He contacted me soon after my booking and again shortly before the trip.
We booked Jimmy for airport transfer and a two-way transfer to Disneyland. He patiently waited for us at the airport even though our customs clearance took longer than expected. For Disneyland, he also guided us and waited punctually until the park closed, then sent us back to the hotel safely. Very reliable, friendly, and professional — highly recommended.
Absolutely fantastic from start to finish.. driver dropped us off, and we realised that we left our phone behind. Driver without hesitation turned around and bought it back to us.. this saved our day.
Big thanks for your awesome feedback! Shoutout to our driver for turning around—he’ll be stoked to hear he saved your day. We’ll keep up the good work, and can’t wait to serve you again!
