We booked a round trip ride from the airport to our hotel in Los Suenos. The driver was very polite, on time, and booking was easy. On the way to our resort, he stopped so we could see the famous crocodile bridge and even took us to the market. The vehicle was clean and safe. I highly recommend! He even had a carseat available for my toddler and booster for my 7 yr old.
Bernal was our driver from San Jose to Jaco. He was amazing! So professional!! He had cold beverages for us, helped us with all of our luggage! He helped us on a few trips while in CR. Translation/language barrier was not an issue at all! We were able to use the app to translate back and forth, he took us to markets and grocery stores as needed! He knew of all the best Sodas to go eat at!! 10/10 service we would definitely use him again!! He became family!
Exceptional and affordable transportation to and from the San Jose Airport to Los Sueños Marriott Resort. Our driver, Bernal, was simply lovely! He was punctual, let us stop for pics, and provided water and coke for us in a cooler. Be sure to download the Whatsapp for communicating with driver. Highly recommend.
We were pleased with this transportation service to and from the airport during our recent stay in Costa Rica. Our flight was delayed a whole day, and though Viator customer service wasn't much help. I was able to contact the transportation company directly and let them know about our situation and they were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this transportation service if your are staying in or near Jaco.
I would give no stars if I could. Our flight had a delay, so we were arriving to the airport pick up late. I tried contacting support twice to inform them, with no response, and the driver never showed up, responded to my messages (eventually sent about 7 or 8), or my several phone calls. We were completely stranded, and had to find a random shuttle that offered to drive up, and just hope that they were taking us to the correct location. HORRIBLE customer service by Viator as a third party company.
Our driver was so kind and friendly. He even took us grocery shopping! We stopped to see crocodiles and went to a market for fresh fruits.
