I'm glad you enjoyed the food and your guide; both are such important parts of what makes each tour memorable. We take pride in offering a variety of flavors, and while there may be some crispy touches here and there (we are in the South after-all!), our menu is designed to offer a balance. Dishes like the lamb rice bowls with Greek spreads, brisket taco, and the salted brown butter donut bring a variety of tastes without leaning heavily into fried foods. That said, I completely understand wanting lighter bites, and your feedback will help us keep refining. As for the route, I hear you, and we’re working to find ways to share even more of the neighborhood's unique character.
