The sight seeing by itself was good, but what was better were the guide (flavio) and the driver (jahn). They accomated my mother with wheelchair assistance and helped in navigating through accessible routes. Since it was raining throughout the day, we were provided with umbrellas to keep us dry. The crew also customized our trips to tailor to what we wanted to do e.g. Have lunch at a restaurant in German side of the country. Vehicle was clean and comfortable for the 6 of us including kids.

Thank you very much for your thoughtful review and for choosing Swiss Magic Tours!
We are especially happy to hear that Flávio and Jahn were able to make the day comfortable and enjoyable for your entire family, including assisting your mother with wheelchair-accessible routes throughout the tour.
Even with the rainy weather, our goal is always to adapt the experience and make sure our guests can enjoy the day as much as possible. We are also glad that the customized itinerary, including your lunch stop on the German side, worked well for your group.
Thank you again for your trust and kind words. We truly appreciate it and hope to welcome you and your family back to Switzerland in the future!
Warm regards,
