The itinerary that shows on the booking is not followed. We booked ourselves for ferrari world and abu dhabi city tour and apparently they only took us to ferrari world and dropped us off. No sight seeing, no city tour. When I complained they said we can do the tour for you tomorrow. We’re on a limited day holiday and all our days were already planned, so we couldn’t. They gave us a refund of 50$ and that’s it.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the error in your booking, where tour was mistakenly not included. This was a genuine human error from our reservations team, and we completely understand your concern.
As soon as we were informed of the issue, we immediately acknowledged the mistake and processed a refund for the part of the tour that was not delivered. The refund was issued as compensation for the specific service that could not be provided due to a backend oversight.
We would also like to highlight that aside from this incident, the rest of your tour was carried out as scheduled and on time, ensuring you still had a complete experience of the remaining itinerary.
We deeply regret the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. Your feedback helps us improve, and we will be taking steps to ensure such errors are avoided in the future.
