Booked while at sea on TripAdvisor, showed as confirmed. Arrived at port and there was no car. Called the number and they said they never got any reservation. we have submitted for a refund as we did not receive any services (and I will issue a chargeback if needed) but we ended up having to jam into an UberXXL instead which was a far less comfortable end to our vacation.

I tried to make a reservation for Sept 2025. They took my deposit which was all their system asked for. BUT when you read the small print-- they add 20% gratuity and their POLICY is payment up front. And they tried to charge my Card WITHOUT PERMISSION. He called and said my card was declined. I investigated. I did not agree to pay anymore (reservation made in april) til 30 days before. I received email stating my reservation had been cancelled. I put a stop payment on the charge. THEN they CHARGED MY CARD TWO MORE TIMES!! Even though I got cancellation emails. MY bank flagged the 3rd time as FRAUD. And cancelled the card. What a DISASTER!

I’m honestly not sure what was worse and more infuriating. Had. Great experience on the way, with driver Alex, who was great. However, no one ever showed to pick us up. No one answers phone calls, texts or emails at the number/address provided. So, my family, with two young children, was left waiting and scrambling for 2 hours trying to arrange alternate transportation. To add insult to injury, they charged my card not once, not twice, not even three times. They charge me FIVE times for one trip! I’ll be taking every measure to get compensated, but in the meantime, stay away from this company at all costs!

Leandro and Orlando Black Car Services was the best car service we have used…ever. His escalades were brand new, beautiful, clean inside and out, and relaxing. Leandro is the best. Highly recommend! Rode with Leandro on a 45 min trip from Orlando airport to a house outside of Disney. Leandro was attentive to our needs (including that of my 4 year old child) and it was clearly important to him that we were comfortable. We enjoyed the ride and trusted Leandro so much that we booked him to drive us back to the airport when it was time to leave. He arrived on time and we were comfortable and stress-free on the way to our plane. Should we visit Orlando again, we’ll ride with Leandro.

What an outstanding experience for me and my family. They said it felt as if we were traveling with the secret service. Three black trucks pulled up on time with very professional drivers.
