Driver No-Show/No-Call
This is the tour that never happened. We arrived early, not wanting to be late, as it was a 25 minute walk to get to the meeting point. Ten minutes after the tour was to have begun, I began reaching out through WhatsApp. Eventually I was able to talk to a human, who said to be patient, but that he would have the driver call. The driver did not call. After about another 10 minutes, the man I had talked to said something about waiting for a part to be replaced. He said we could wait, reschedule, or cancel and receive a refund. We took the refund. I expressed my frustration that we had not been contacted by the driver/tour operator. It was all very unprofessional and we wasted a morning that could have been scheduled doing something else.
Dear Jane, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely regret that an unexpected technical issue prevented your tour from taking place as scheduled. As you mentioned, once our team was contacted, different solutions were offered, including waiting for the vehicle, rescheduling the experience, or receiving a refund. You chose the refund option, which was provided. We understand your disappointment at losing part of your morning and regret the inconvenience caused by this unforeseen technical issue. Kind regards, Luxurbe Team

Valerio is the man.
Wife was ill so it was just myself & the enthusiastic, knowledgeable & funny Valerio. A great way to see some sites, vistas & learn about the history of many places. The cart was comfortable. Safe & powerful enough to get up some steep hills. Plenty of stops to take pictures & admire the views. Thankyou Valerio
