Simon was great we saw all the sights I wanted to see!
Overall the Nighttime express golf cart tour was pretty fun, nice to see some sites in the evening. We had already seen them all during the day, unfortunately it’s not really any less crowded at 8;30-10 pm. We booked for a same-day Family of 8- online booking says up to 15 but did not specify that we would be split up. One driver Robin was very good and talkative and well-Informed on all the sites, although 15 minutes late. He answered our questions and took pictures of us in front of sites we stopped at. The other driver’s English was not great and no one could understand him. The meeting point area was a bit chaotic with multiple tours leaving at around the same time. There is a later departure time that was much less busy, but we had kids with us and didn’t want to be out too late. Overall a fun way to see sites if you’re short in time, maybe unnecessary for us. I’d give it a 3.5 overall
Paolo communicated well before as summer festival caused us to have to move the meeting point. He was flexible with timing at the sites. Knowledge about sites. Provided all we would want from a tour. Highly recommend this tour.

Night time in Rome is a must. Everything lit up was so beautiful. The guide communicated well with a location change after finding out there was a concert in our meet up spot. Our guide Tomassao was kind and pleasant. He answered all our questions but did not offer any extra explanation on his own. We booked this last minute since our other golf cart the previous night was canceled as we were waiting for pick up. The golf cart ride was fast a furious. Bumping along the cobblestone was quite the adventure. Each stop was a few minutes to look and take pictures. The guide stayed in the cart and waited. We did see some golf carts with an ear piece for a tour. This was not that. The guide wanted to get back to go to the concert at the square and spent the tour time texting his friends and calling his boss for time off to go. As a finial night of hitting g the spots we went to it was fine. If it were our first taste of Rome I would have been pretty upset. Not worth $527 for sure.
If you don’t have lots of time this is a great way to see Rome’s most important landmarks. We went at sunset and it was very beautiful.
