I gave a review yesterday, and trust me you don't want my review of today's disaster of a (no) tour with Let's See Italy! Rubbish!

We had a great tour with Manu. He is knowledgeable, friendly and approachable in conversation and questions we asked about your beautiful city. Traffic was congested and there was a protest that shut down some streets and the last site (the Colosseum) was unreachable. Manu stayed professional and patient through this distress. This is a very good tour!

A splendid day in the capital, where the booked tour was the icing on the cake! Giulia was very kind and conveyed her love for her city to us! Thanks Giulia!

Book elsewhere! My mum and I were looking forward to this tour, but Luxurbe’s handling of a stressful situation ruined it. We arrived on time for 4:30, then waited for a couple who arrived 15 minutes late with a toddler and stroller (despite the no-stroller rule). They wanted my 82-year-old mum and me to move to the rear-facing seats, but she gets motion sickness, so that wasn't an option. When told no, they boarded the cart and refused to leave. The woman called me a “bitch,” (among other things) and kept insulting us. Her husband leaned within inches of my face and screamed, “SHUT UP!” A crowd even gathered to record it! Meanwhile, the guide was busy on the phone with his manager, who advised him to call the police. Unfortunately, he was spineless, so they were allowed to stay. We left 45 minutes late, and they continued making nasty comments during the tour. We didn't pay to be treated like that. Luxurbe ignored 2 emails & 2 calls I made during the tour and eventually (after the tour was completed) responded to me by refusing to reschedule/refund us because we technically received 3 hours. We paid over $250 and were left feeling intimidated and unsupported.

Really enjoyed this tour. A great way to get around the city especially in the 30 degree geat. Our guide Andy was so friendly and very helpful with all questions answered in great detail. He even advised us on goodplaces to eat. I would recommend this tour

Andy was amazing and so knowledgeable about the city and it's high points. The tour was perfect for us to see everything with the short amount of time we had to see Rome.
