Desert walk was lovely but over 30 ppl showed up for the sound bath. Not what I was expecting & I left before that part of the experience commenced.. Check with the guide if booking in summer months.

The host was very knowledgeable, the scenery was absolutely beautiful. The excursion did run about 45 minutes over the lot of time so you may wanna plan for a little extra time in the park.

Conan is so passionate and knowledgeable! An absolutely amazing journey! You walk away feeling fully emersed with the land. The ceremony was so peaceful! The sounds were very calming. Definitely need to do this!

Conan was an incredible guide, I cannot recommend this experience enough. His passion for, and knowledge of, the landscape and history of Joshua Tree is profound. He grew up here, and still calls it his home. The cacao ceremony and sound bath provided a natural high, and an out of body experience. If you like that sort of thing and seek to support this kind of human… please do not hesitate.

We had an unforgettable experience in the desert with sound healing and a cacao ceremony. The sound healing was the most powerful and beautiful meditation I’ve ever had — truly transformative. The cacao ceremony was also amazing, bringing warmth and connection. Everything took place at sunset, surrounded by incredible instruments we had never even seen before, which made the whole experience feel magical and unique. We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it!

Conan is an expert guide with 40 yrs of experience and a depth of knowledge that coming through his wholeheartedness when sharing. The walk is really an anthologlic lesson of the local indigenous people's culture. I was so impressed how inclusive Conan's fact about the daily lives of the ancient world it brought it to life for me. After the nature walk, Conan shared a cacao ceremony with me which was great prepfor the gorgeous soundbath. There's really no words for the experience of being in the desert with someone who you can trust to guide you through setting and processing intentions under a blanket of stars. If you are looking for an unique moment in your daily life this is it. Conan is an exceptional guide. Both spiritually and literally… a guide. Extensive knowledge of the region, the endemic nature and Native American history. The ceremony that follows and introduction to mindfulness and meditation was a true immersive experience. Conan was an incredible facilitator. Hands down one of the best sound baths I’ve ever experienced. He played the most beautiful and unique instruments, some I’ve never heard of before. It was personal, emotional, uplifting and enlightening. Truly a sacred experience that created an atmosphere of gratefulness. My heart was pouring out love and tears of thankfulness. The cacao ceremony was powerful. Made by the hands of Conan, hot, bitter, earthy and sweet. I wish I was sipping on some of it now as I write this. Conan is so knowledgeable of the land and the history of the people who lived there and made it their home. He pointed out plants and rock structures and gave us insight and tips on how to survive in these regions. You can tell he loves the land, the animals and the plants. He embodies reverence and honors everything that lives under the Sun. It was a magical heartwarming experience that makes you walk away feeling at one with nature and peace within. Thank you for making it unforgettable.

I did this amazing experience as part of my birthday celebration and couldn’t be more happy to have done so! The walk was super interesting, educational and unique. The cacao and sound ceremony was incredible as well, you could feel that Conan does it with such utmost care and best intentions. I would definitely recommend this as part of your Joshua Tree visit to actually see the beauty of the desert.
