DO NOT book this tour ! Complete SCAM! Tour is reliant on getting a tender off the cruise ship and even though they say they will wait for your and understand lines are long, they left without us and said they were making us as “no show” and would not refund our money. I was communicating with them over both email and WhatsApp to keep them abreast of how late the tenders were running. They basically told us tough luck and took our money anyway.
You booked the 2:00 PM tour but only informed us at 3:24 PM that you were still waiting for tender #18, while tender #15 had just departed ashore. Our pickup information clearly recommended reserving spots on earlier—not later—tenders. It remains unclear why you expected anyone to wait for your arrival 1.5 hours past the scheduled time, especially considering that once ashore, you would still need to take the cable car up the hill—another 30 minutes at least due to the usual line. If a mistake was made, it's best to learn from it rather than place blame on others. That approach helps not only in travel but in life in general. Your refund request has been declined in full accordance with Viator’s cancellation policy, which does not provide compensation for no-shows. Safe travels!
The tour itself was fantastic! Our transportation was comfortable and clean, with plenty of space for our group. They expertly navigated us through the crowded streets and ensured we had plenty of time to explore the Santorini, which was breathtakingly beautiful. The atmosphere was electric, with the ancient walls and structures transporting us back in time. We were lucky to have perfect weather conditions, with clear blue skies and a gentle breeze. I am fully satisfied with the whole day, best of luck to you guys.
Each and everything was perfectly arranged for us. The kids loved the scenic spots and the beach stop, while we enjoyed the peaceful vibe of the villages.
I was bit skeptical about taking a tour in Santorini since we were only there for a day as part of a cruise, but this tour was perfect. It was designed specifically for cruise passenger me, so they knew exactly how much time we had and made the most of it.
Communication was clear, and the pickup was right on time. It felt really like they cared about making the experience enjoyable. Al though we never felt rushed at any stop, we just sit back and enjoy the views.
