Neither of us had visited Paris before, so this tour made things very easy. We saw many of the iconic landmarks without worrying about logistics. The schedule kept moving, but there was still enough time to enjoy each stop. Everything felt organized and comfortable. It was a nice way to experience the city together.
Traveling with kids usually makes day trips challenging, but this one was organized well from start to finish. We managed to visit the main attractions without feeling confused about where to go next. Of course, seeing Paris in a single day means the schedule is fairly full, but we expected that. The guide kept everything moving while still sharing interesting facts. Overall, it was a pleasant family experience.
The organization impressed us the most. We never felt lost, and the timing between each stop worked smoothly. Naturally, we wished we could stay longer at a couple of locations, but the tour includes a lot in one day. The guide shared interesting local stories that made the experience more enjoyable. We'd do it again.
This tour gave us a good first impression of Paris. We visited the major landmarks and learned a bit about their history along the way. Since it's only one day, the pace is naturally quick, but it never felt chaotic. We especially appreciated not having to worry about planning transportation ourselves. My friends and I wanted to fit as much as possible into one day, and this tour worked well for that. The itinerary covered the places we hoped to visit, although there wasn't much extra free time. Transportation was comfortable, and everything stayed on schedule. It felt organized without being overly formal. We'd happily recommend it to anyone short on time.
Totally false advertisement for tour. No one met us at the terminal. We did not have a tour guide with us until we got to Paris. The driver did not speak any English and when the tour guide did finally meet us he walked way ahead of the group and split everyone into different areas. His English was mediocre at best. We had to repeatedly ask for a bathroom stop and there was no time allowed to stop and eat on a 9 hour tour. The river tour was a joke-it’s a mass tour boat with limited description of areas. Avoid at all cost.
We’re sorry to hear that the tour did not meet your expectations and appreciate the opportunity to respond to your concerns: 1) If no one met you at the terminal, we’re unsure how you were able to participate in the tour. 2) As clearly stated in the Additional Info section of the tour description: “Our guide will join you in Paris; guide services are not included during the transfer from Le Havre.” 3) “What’s Included” section specifies that the guide services apply to the time spent in Paris, not the round-trip transfers. 4) All of our guides are fully certified by the state. While they may not speak American English specifically, they communicate fluently in internationally recognized English, which is standard for global tourism. For understanding different accents, we highly recommend traveling outside the US more often. 5) A sit-down lunch is not included in this tour. Given the cruise ship’s 10-hour window , 6 hours are spent in transit, 1 hour on the Seine River cruise, and 3 hours exploring Paris. We aim to show guests the highlights within these time constraints. If you wish to explore at your own pace, feel welcome to come back by air and stay for longer than 4 hours in one of the most beautiful world cities. 6) The Seine cruise is a shared experience, not a private one. For travelers seeking private options, we suggest booking private tours and cruises tailored to that level of exclusivity. All thanks to my husband who planned the whole thing! He decided to take services of Holara Paris to put together our itinerary, and I couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out.
It was such a fulfilling day. The drive was long but comfortable and everything was well organized. I felt completely safe and welcomed throughout. Paris was dreamy as I imagined and Mario our guide help us so much he was patient, informative and made sure no one felt left out.
The tour operator was organized, and everything ran smoothly. We hit all the major sights in Paris, however it felt a bit rushed. I guess that's to be expected when trying to cram Paris into a day trip.
