We would like to clarify a few points. This was a small-group shared Helsinki & Porvoo tour, and two guides were involved, providing information about the attractions, Finnish history, culture, and the areas visited. Our guide became aware during the tour that one guest had hearing difficulties and made efforts to communicate clearly. We regret that guests at the back had difficulty hearing without a microphone. We respectfully disagree that there was little information provided. The guides covered the major sights and relevant history and information about Finland, while the guide was also friendly and professional. We do acknowledge that the delayed pickup and difficulty locating the hotel were not ideal, and we apologize for that inconvenience. We appreciate the feedback and will continue working to improve pickup coordination, vehicle comfort, and audibility.

We glad you enjoyed the tour The €50 charge was for the additional time and overtime involved in extending the tour beyond the agreed duration, including the related parking costs. It was not a charge simply because the restaurant served lunch late. We normally allow approximately 30 minutes in Porvoo as part of the tour schedule. However, our guide had already generously given you an additional 30 minutes of her own time as a goodwill gesture. When the restaurant service then caused the tour to run even further beyond the agreed duration, the additional time resulted in overtime and parking costs. We understand that restaurant delays can happen, but when a tour extends beyond its scheduled duration, additional costs may apply. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to make the tour timing and any additional charges as clear as possible.
