Super convenient way to get from PVG Airport to Hongzhou
Smooth and convenient service. Great communication with he company via WhatsApp -- both before and during our trip. As promised, the driver was waiting for us in the arrivals area, holding a sign with our name and the company's logo. (They also texted us a picture of the driver and of the car.) We had considered taking the train, but I am really glad we opted for this service instead. Among other things, our flight was delayed by four hours, so our trip took place late at night instead of early evening. It was also great to be able to sleep in the car after a long journey.

Excellent service with excellent communication
Great communication for this service. Before departure , I received whatsapps in English and with photos: where we would be picked up (on arrival) and the logo of the poster . Then I got the picture and the name of our driver.
When we arrived from the plane , we still received whatsapp telling us that our flight had just landed and not to worry because there would be an hour or more to go through customs . Which was the case.
Customs passed and baggage collected , we passed the arrival door and immediately saw the sign Mr Orange! Génial .
The driver took us to a place and told us to wait 5 minutes. He came back with a very clean and mostly air-conditioned van. He rode for 2 hours carefully and discreetly because we slept (jetlag and 17h trip) . We arrived safely at our hotel.

Best Transport Service in China
This is the only transport service to use when traveling to China. I booked Pudong Airport transfer to and from hotel, and then daily transfers to Shanghai Exhibition Center each day. Jason our driver and Yaya our We Chat contact kept us update at all times.

Shangai Airport Transfer
Overall Great Service. Initially we were dropped off at the wrong hotel (our hotel had 3 branches in the same area) but quickly rectified.

However, we pay high attention to this situtation and are determined that it cannot happen again. Therefore, we double check the hotel reservation information and hotel address of each passengers group with the hotel front desk service personnel.
