Our experience with Mr. Orange Transfers has been exceptional so far! We used their service to pick up our party of 4 from the Shanghai airport (PVG) and transportation to the Grand Hyatt, Pudong. We also used them for our party of 10 to transport us from the hotel to the Baoshan cruise terminal. Communication was seamless with their office using WhatsApp and that really helped as our drivers generally didn’t speak English. All we had to do was to message the main dispatch area and they would provide ETA’s, location of drivers, etc. The service was very responsive every time! At the airport our driver met us in the arrival hall with our name placard and was very accommodating with our requests. They were always on time to pick us up and drove us safely to our destinations. They will be picking us up from the cruise terminal when our cruise ends in Shanghai and taking us to the Marriott Marquis. We will also be using them for our transportation back to PVG for our flight back to the US. Our friends also used them for transfers from PVG to their hotels. Mr. Orange Transfers pricing was the best we found for a top rated service in Shanghai! Their drivers were courteous, efficient and expertly navigated Shanghai traffic to get us to our destinations safely! We highly recommend them and would definitely hire them on our next trip to China!

We were doing a cruise out of Shanghai and needed to get to different locations during our stay in Shanghai. After a lot of research on Taxi's, other transfer options decided to book Mr Orange Transfers, we arranged our complete transfer schedule in and out of Shanghai to the cruise port and pickups going and coming from the cruise then to the Airport all in one (1) booking. Our drivers where prompt and easy to locate, this service is one of the best I have used in all my travels. Would highly recommend, not just for a point ot point transfer but if you have multiple place to get to and from let Mr orange know and they will organise a schedule at a very reasonable cost. Its a pity there Mr Orange doesnt have similar services in other Asian countries, if they did they would be my go to transfer services company.

He was on time waiting for us when we deported on the arrivals at the board, very pleasant person and drove us to the hotel with no problems.

WE had a cruise scheduled to leave out of Sinapore. Contacted Orange-Transfer... for transfer from Hotel ( at Changi Airport ) to Cruise terminal... Sophia was wonder --quick response and very helpful....unfortunately due to Virus in China...Cruises had to be cancelled for this year...have plans to do same one next year ( hopefully),,,Will definitely use this service.
