Excellent service, punctual and responsive.was my second booking with them
Mr Orange as a company are very easy to deal with. They keep you fully informed at all times with simple and clear instructions. When you land on at the airport just connect to the free airport wifi, you will then recieve updates from the Whatsapp group they have created. All the key players are in the group including your driver. Our driver, Mr He, was exactly where he said he would be. As soon as we came out of customs I could se him, trolley loaded up and a short walk to our vehicle. A smooth stress free journey to our hotel. Would I use again, most definetly.
The admin team of the company was a dream to work with when organizing the transport. It was streamline processes and felt like it easy to organise and was always kept in the loop as things progressed. They were also tuned in with my flight delays, which made it comforting to know. However the walk to the car was a little far but the driver was nice that we even booked our airport transfer when returning home. However the second driver kept making phone calls and was on the phone loudly through most of the trip to the airport which was a tad irritating. Other than that everything else was great and would consider using them again.
